The Sparks Play Award Program celebrates toys, games, books and puzzles that spark positive play experiences.  What sets our program apart is its emphasis on the benefits that children and their families derive from interacting with your toy or game product.

Awards are divided into 12 distinct categories, each highlighting essential qualities that exceptional toys or games should support: Building, Connection, Cooperation, Creativity, Critical Thinking, Enrichment, Imagination, Laughter, Learning, Mindfulness, Movement and Strategic Thinking. With the invaluable support of our parent community, we also strive to observe each product with its target audience as part of our evaluation process.

All award recipients receive a free, perpetual license to use the Sparks Play award image on product packaging, promotional materials and social media.

As part of the application process, we request that all applicants submit one product sample for evaluation. Upon submitting your application, you will receive further instructions on where to send your sample.
